How to Register as a Group

• Contact Us for Group Rates

  • Reach out to us at oncology@usfconferences.com to inquire about group rates and provide preliminary details about your group such as number of participants, organization, etc..

• Receive Group Registration Form

  • We will send you a customized group registration form. This form will include fields for all participants’ information and any special requests.

• Submit Group Registration Form

  • Complete the form with details for each participant. Ensure all required fields are filled out accurately to avoid delays.

• Review and Confirm

  • After submitting the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your group’s registration, including any applicable discounts and payment instructions.

• Payment

  • Submit payment as per the instructions provided. We accept wire payment, ACH payments. Payments can be made via international trusted online Payment Portals such as PayPal, Stripe etc.

• Receive Confirmation

  • Upon processing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with registration details and further instructions.

• Important Information

  • Group Size: Discounts are available for groups of 5 or more. For groups smaller than this, standard registration rates apply.
